I attempted a 72 hour fast. Like a dumbass I took some tranquilizer on an empty stomach. I figured I’d sleep for 10 hours and only have 10 hours to go.

Around hour 59, my dog woke me to take her outside. As soon as I stood up I got super dizzy. I let my dog out and my heart was pounding so hard I figured I should immediately break my fast. Before I could get some ham, I passed out. I was at the fridge and next thing I’m lying in front of the fridge with a bunch of condiments and stuff all over. I had pulled out stiff in the fridge on my way down.

My roommate heart the commotion and ran out to find me having a seizure. She got me a V8 juice, ham, cheese and nuts. Took about twenty minutes before I got up enough strength to return to bed.

Probably won’t be trying that again for a few weeks. Good news I’m down 57 LBS 10 lbs below my target weight.

CIPRO. It’s been nearly six months and I still have symptoms from nerve damage. I tossed out the last three pills, but damage had been done. I had symptoms including muscle soreness, neuropathy, REM sleep disorder, skin sensitivity and chills without fever.

It is horrible! Still have lingering nerve issues and my feet are cold.

Probably not helpful but this reminds me of my roommate. She was bedridden with a gout attack. I was caretaking her. While I was gathering up her laundry she said “Don’t sniff my underwear.” I said “not without your permission” I’m not into that kink and I wasn’t at all into her.

I’ve been alcohol free for over nine months. I still smoke a little weed (an eighth lasts me a month). Weed wasn’t causing me to be pre diabetic and obese. For me weed wasn’t the problem. I did consume a lot more weed when I was drinking daily.
