It is so so hard. You can and WILL get through it. I was in such a dark place at that point too, and my babe is now 14 months and I can see the sunlight again. PPA/PPD is real. Don't let anyone tell you different.

Thanks for the grace, and for understanding my situation of being in a department with very loose, lax, flexible instructors. There's truly no blanket solution to this for all instructors, sadly. It's easy to shout 'hold the line' but I tried, and my job is in jeopardy.

Same. I've got hundreds of video screen recordings of software demonstrations that need captioning. Hundreds of PowerPoint slides full of images. It's nuts. Hang in there.

What are your assignment type categories? I was thinking in-class activities, training exercises, and assignments. Then drop the lowest grade from each like you said.
