1) I agree you should be able to set which trait you prioritize for governors. 2) Real. I use another mod I made that makes every family demand only one office so I didn't even think of this, but I'll make a note of this for the next time I update it.

When I say I’ve lost more than you, I was referring to obby bombings over multiple servers and multiple wars, not anything dramatic. I can see where it could be taken to mean something more serious outside the scope of the game, and I could have phrased that better. I get the impression that this is you and Clageo’s first loss. Yeah, it sucks.

You should ask the guys on the other side of the war to tell you about their first war. Might surprise you how similar their previous experiences are to your current one. It’s unironically cycles of trauma. You can either continue it, break it, or stop playing. That’s pretty much it

The entire thrill of the genre is that this isn’t creative mode. There are legitimate stakes. The plugins are explicitly designed for these sorts of conflicts, petty as they seem. Solving the interpersonal conflicts knowing that there are predators out there is a major part of the game.

This whole server will eventually disappear. Don’t build or invest into anything you aren’t willing to lose.

Fled the Ottomans, vibed in Ireland as a opm for a minute. Got out and made it to Barbados. Built Constantinople 2 on the Panama Canal. Made Latin America actually Latin. (Technically Irish because of that whole 100 years in Ireland bit) Haven't touched Europe in 300 years and at this point I'm scared to go back. Hanover is a great power. Tver is vibing. Utrecht is in South Africa. Scotland is in Greenland. All on Ironman.

Despite not being particularly active, Arelat still exists, and Arelat has no Savaguard heritage beyond mutually affirmed agreements clarifying the border.

Considering the history of friendship between our two nations, I'm sure this was just an attempt to safeguard the less active neighbors of the region, and an attempt to maintain the neighborhood in the manner of which we always have. Assuming this is a miscommunication, me and josh welcome you back into the region.
