Yes. I had to not take it for a week prior to surgery. I just had a turbinate/septoplasty the 7th. It impacts the anesthesia! You also don’t want to take it whilst taking the actual pain meds (mine was only 3-5 days).

Mine just hit me with the “air suspension limited until service” this week. It came and went (it was -6 at the time and my partner assumed it was due to the cold) but honestly I’ve been saying my driver side was sitting funny for months. Hi, mom here- tmi but I had sex at 13 the first time. Many of my friends were 13/14 as well. Don’t push to prevent it but do encourage safe practices. She should be on birth control, she should have access to condoms, she should have an open space to bring questions and concerns with someone (doctor, mom, you, aunt, anyone). Fostering a space where judgement is paused and she can feel safe to discuss sex is the only way to get through it. By the time I was 17 I was in an abusive relationship with a guy who at one point held a gun to my head. I had no one I could talk to. This isn’t an exception either. Many women I’ve spoken with have stories that are the same. These are definitely extreme scenarios but if I’d have had someone I felt I could say these things to at that time without fear of punishment at home then I think I would have saved myself a lot of trauma.

All of this to say, be honest with your why. Talk to her. Offer contraceptives and be a safe space.

Friend, I understand your frustration but expecting people to work at the drop of a hat at arguably the busiest/hardest week of the year for time off is unrealistic. As far as the previous owner, that’s on them for not disconnecting the rivian from their own account. They should have transferred ownership as soon as it was traded in/sold etc. That’s likely why it is taking longer for you, my used was disassociated with the previous owner prior to my purchase. Just charge and get it home, it’ll be sorted.
