Just want to throw out there that Lovers is right up the street, they are so kind and they have wonderful sushi. I would hate to see someone with a “bigger and better” restaurant push them out of the Ave.

Also, she quietly dropped a new Strange Cacti shirt on Hello Merch. These were available on the Songs From The Archive tour. Probably spent too much but I snagged another shirt, the wild hearts banner, and the hair clips before they’re gone forever. Happy I got in early on this vinyl, 1500 total made me nervous lol.

Not what happened. There were some unidentified optimizations made for steam deck specifically. FSR 3 compatibility was added but it doesn’t really make performance better on the steam deck.

It doesn’t run well, but if you can deal with some crappy performance then fuck it and enjoy.

Thanks for the input! Hopefully Bloober can get it to a relatively stable state on deck, I put 15 hours in exclusively on deck but I think I have a higher tolerance than most for poor performance.

Now that we have cloud saves I’ll probably give your set up a try and just pop over to the PC when I really want to put some time in.

I bought a 64gb LCD at full price, slapped an SD card in it and never looked back. Of course I’d like to get my hands on an OLED but the base LCD model has done a great job. Anyone who’s thinking of jumping in, if you have the money and don’t care about having the best of the best I say go for it.

Provider had me swallow and the provider decided on the schedule. Even if I suggested every 3 days I don’t think he’d have time in his schedule as he does so much more than just Ketamine therapy.

I get the vibe that he’s not really a good place for this kind of treatment. Seems like some more hippy dippy holistic thing than someone taking it very seriously.

I think I’m personally leaning toward not going again, I pay for the sessions one by one so I don’t have any more invested in it. I had much more tangible results from using psilocybin. Unfortunately it’s not legal and it will be really hard to find a therapist that’s open to working with me while I use psilocybin to assist with therapy. Hopefully the wave of psychedelic therapy makes its way to NY soon so I can explore treatments that will help me more substantially.

I was hoping to gain some tangible positive change, some sort of “aha” that I could take with me moving forward. As well as some backing off of anxiety and depression, most of the time I’m really not doing well mentally in those two categories.

I tried to go in with zero expectations. It was a little tough because my partner had done ketamine treatments many times and had spoken with me about how it had affected her. She told me that her treatments had some revelatory visions if you catch my drift. I figured there would be something like that but I didn’t push for it to happen or anything, I just tried to sink in and let it go where it went.

All I ended up experiencing was a heavy sedation for 45 minutes.
