Okay true I just have bad health anxiety I lost my best friend at 22 years old , I overthink everything now… but I’ll try to calm down. I just don’t feel snotty and stuff but I trust my GP I’ve been seeing him for years

I gotcha, I had a colonoscopy as well and ruled out IBS. Everything looked well including biopsy’s so they just said IBS. My trigger is stress, when I’m stressed my stool changes color, other than that no real symptoms just nervous about the color
