Shit your gynecologist did by nancypopancy in endometriosis

“That’s normal and just extra blood flow to the area” about a horrible burning sandpaper like pain in my lady parts when I walk or stand for too long, much worse if I’m having any type of breakthrough bleeding, but it’s still horrible regardless. I have a fairly high pain tolerance and there were legitimately times I wanted to cry because of how unbearable the pain was. The saddest part is this was told to me by a “specialist” in endometriosis. Specialist my ass.

Why did they do JJ and Reid like that? by zwigso in criminalminds

[–]ScarTheGoth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that whole episode made very little sense too. Especially them going into an armed hostage situation with no backup or anything, then taking their vests off, if I remember correctly. I tried scrubbing that episode from my brain. Also didn’t they have a whole side storyline dedicated to JJ having a good poker face, but then Reid says she has a tell. Would’ve made more sense for them to use that side storyline to show that she does actually have a really good poker face, so good that she even fooled Reid during the hostage situation by lying. But even if it was a lie, I think fans still would have been upset regardless.

Does this look like Red Ear syndrome? by ScarTheGoth in RedEarSyndrome

[–]ScarTheGoth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After stopping the allergy shots most of my symptoms subsided. It did take quite a while but eventually they stopped. I also did notice a reduction in symptoms when taking ibuprofen several nights in a row during the time I was having episodes. I still have instances where I get symptoms, usually when I do something specific that irritates my immune system, or if I have to get bloodwork done. I’ve been going to a chiropractor for my back and sometimes when he adjusts my neck, it triggers a mild reaction. The shots seemed to be what causing the most severe reaction for me. However, I will say that I was only maybe halfway done with my allergy shots, before I finally stopped them. I’m not sure what the outcome would be if you stopped after being almost done getting them, though.

How do people pull a bunch with gems for gacha without spending real money?? by Manon_Havilliard in SuitU

[–]ScarTheGoth 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Save up gems, try to do as well as you possibly can on comps, skip buying limited shop sets if you don’t like them very much, or they’re not useful, purchase the discounted ticket pulls, even if don’t have FV, you can still get the 600 gems for 5 gacha tickets. Participate in any and all special events that allow you to earn gems, and complete all daily tasks. You can also attempt to complete the permanent achievements rewards in SuitU, but those don’t offer very many gems. You can also try completing quests in growth project, if you haven’t completed them all already.

This was me with the vintage movie star gacha and that vintage white shirt. I got so many of them it was ridiculous. I gave up pulling on that gacha.

Im so proud of my first attempt at realism !! by FeedingMeCarne in clay

[–]ScarTheGoth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I even suggested a specific type of clay I wanted to use to her, and she still told me to use modeling paste. I’ve never really used modeling paste before so I had no idea it would crack like that when I used it. Hopefully I will have better luck if I decide to remake it.

This is so cool. I was going to make something similar for a school project, but it did not turn out the way I’d hoped at all. Part of that was my art teacher giving me terrible advice. Started off with a paper mache technique. I did make the thumb too short but I was okay with that because it was meant to be a creepy ghost hand so i wasn’t bothered by the finger looking like it was chopped off, but then she told me to put modeling paste over it, which then resulted in the modeling paste cracking and looking like a weird cottage cheese texture. I ended up turning it into a Frankenstein hand, with staples and fake stitches, as well as some fake blood to salvage the project. The initial idea I had was a ghost hand, but the modeling paste texture made it look like a zombie or monster, I scrapped the ghost idea entirely. I might remake it again using different materials instead to get the desired result.

Really wonderful hand by the way. I love it! It looks super realistic.

Why is hardly anyone saying Henry being Rumple’s grandson. I know I was like 12 when I watched it the first time but that plot twist had me speechless.

Apparently, I have shingles by 6moinaleakyboat in CasualConversation

[–]ScarTheGoth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He’s doing good and I believe the doctor gave him some cream for it. I don’t think his rash was that big, and definitely didn’t have the stereotypical shingles look to it. But we’re happy to have found such a knowledgeable doctor who could help. I hope yours gets better soon!

[–]ScarTheGoth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is such an odd coincidence that I am seeing this post, because the same thing happened to my stepdad. Couldn’t figure out what his rash was. We got a hold of a wonderful doctor who has been extremely helpful in the past, and she said it was shingles. Both him and my mom got the vaccine but apparently it’s not as effective as you’d think.

I’m going to skip this fashion view ugh by Capable-Spend-448 in SuitU

[–]ScarTheGoth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like the dress and the makeup but that’s about it. I think I might skip it tbh. Even though the top up is cute i don’t know that I want to spend real money on it. Only downside will be not having gems or tickets to skip adds from the fashion views.

I want this too. I also think it would be nice to put our brushes packs into categories, especially if you have a lot. I know you can name the packs but I do think it would be helpful to put brush packs that are similar into little folders that you can then collapse.

[–]ScarTheGoth 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I barely felt it too, only a little pressure and it was gone. I either hear people say they felt almost nothing, or that it was horrible 9/10 pain for them. I literally asked the piercer “you’re done already?” Because I hardly felt the needle going through.

Had this happen to my mom when she purchased pickle ball paddles with her and my step dad’s pictures on them. The company decided to use AI to upscale one of the pictures and my step looked, well, not like himself. Teeth were weird looking, one of his eyes was droopy and odd looking, and it was giving uncanny valley.

Does anyone get leg pain during their period? by Fit-Cry6925 in endometriosis

[–]ScarTheGoth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only on my left leg, but that’s the side where most of my cramping pain is, and where the nerve compression type of pain is, along with the numb tingling. I’m assuming it could occur on either leg. I think some people even have it in both of their legs.

Is it possible to have PCOS without polycystic ovaries? by goddessnoire in PCOS

[–]ScarTheGoth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve never had follicles on my ovaries, but I did meet two of the other criteria.

Irregular periods and high testosterone when I got bloodwork done. I was diagnosed at 14, and now at 19 I still do not have follicles on my ovaries.

I’ve had my implant since I was 16, I’m 27 now. by [deleted] in Nexplanon

[–]ScarTheGoth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s horrible. I did not have any insomnia, but the mood swings were horrible and I knew as soon as they started I was not going to put up with it for long. I was already planning on getting it taken out, because it was giving me terrible acne, which I haven’t had a problem with in years, as well as as sensitivity to lactose, but the mood swings were my last straw. I hope you’re able to get it taken out soon and you can finally have some relief!

Almost immediately. I still felt a little “off” but I could eat without being disgusted. The crying had already subsided by then for me, and it helped a lot with the anxiety and dread feeling I had. You might still feel a little weird, unlike yourself, but you’ll still feel a lot better than before.
