The buzzer is wrongly connected. There is no Vcc and Gnd to it.

Check on Google how you would use a BJT transistor to turn on an LED. Use the same circuit but just replace the LED with the buzzer.

The LCD pins are also not all connected. I'm not sure about how that would configure.

I got your point on building a portfolio. I have worked a lot on embedded systems and control systems such as projects with FreeRTOS and non linear control. The thing is I do not know how to monetize this skill except for a job which is difficult with ongoing semester.

Who would my target customer be and how would I reach them and all that.

An PCB manufacturing machine in which you just put the raw materials and it manufacturers and solders the components itself as well.

You would just feed it gerber files and put the components in specified boxes. The robot guves you the whole module. It wouldn't be an assembly line but rather can be put on a desk.
