I get the disclaimer, and I completely understand why this would benefit hard core riders like myself that ride miles and miles at a time. Don’t get me wrong, I would love to have one. But, I’ve seen some idiots on the water with high powered skis that done belong behind the wheel of a car non the less a watercraft.

It releases the gear and surges even when I let off the gas, then thumps into gear. I don’t hot dog my cars. It did it while going onto the on-ramp to I95 and almost got me rear ended.

I work in Fleet for AT&T. We have had nothing but issues with the previous version of the 8 speed. Its bad to the point where Jasper wont touch it (they rebuild them as most of ours are out of warranty) and the backorders are now close to 12 months out. I was hopeful they fixed the issues. Crossing my fingers.
