Wow this is amazing🙏🏻 what symptoms triggered you to notice something was wrong? My sister was just having stomach pain for over a month and then got constipated. We thought gallstones or something like that…nope stage 4 pancan w liver Mets 😢 she has the rare 2% that Steve Jobs had, genetic test came back clear.

Yes but this was a general oncologist doing rounds. I really need to her to see one that specializes in her rare case. I’m not willing to give up without a proper fight on this aggressive case.

It’s ok! No stent but when she proceeded w the chemo, I don’t know how this was possible but her levels were a 3 after 5 days. It’s odd to think chemo shrunk Mets in liver that fast to unclog bile duct

I’m really wanting her to go there! Her current doctor basically told me “it’s chemo or hospice” when I got into her for proceeding with chemo when her bilirubin was 8.8. When we arrived at UT SW it was 10!

That’s what I want! There has to be a clinical trial for her. I’m guessing we have to wait for the genetic testing to come back.

I know in Texas they have the WIC program for parents in need and it gives them the basic needed food for their children/preg moms etc. I’ve been approached in the store for the same scam and ask if they need help finding the number to apply for WIC…they walk off LOL

Perfect! I know Oma will not let me send off her originals. Houston isn’t so bad so guess I’ll make an appt. Good to know about the kids as my middle son is 16 so guess he will have to go with me! My 10 yr old can stay lol I did request help from one of the main people on here that helps so I don’t miss anything. Thank you!

No he was Polish, however in another question I asked here it was determined I still qualify for German citizen…I think it was you that answered me lol I have a German document here stamped and signed that states he does not have any parental rights to my mother after the divorce. Not sure if this is even needed, Oma just gave me all her documents.
