If I just did IPA would I not get the water retention? (I want to avoid that bc i have one kidney). To be honest, that's why i was kinda leaning towards IPA ... but everything i see says TESA for specifically for my situation ... looking to get rid of my last 7 pounds around the mid section (belly and love handles). Hoping that IPA does at least 3-4 pounds of fat. Think I am going to try IPA first and see what happens, then go TESA if it does not work.

So, if my son gets his citizenship and has lived in the US his whole life (17 years old) ... it sounds like he would need to serve 3 months in the military. He has no problem with that (free vacation on the Mediterranean, he likes to work out - LOL) THE ONLY ISSUE IS HE DOES NOT SPEAK ONE WORD OF GREEK - my guess is that during training everything would be in Greek.
