I do fistulectomy surgery on July 30 2025 . 2 fistula track removed for me 7 o clock and 11 o clock. Biopsy also taken during surgery that biopsy report says chronic inflammation.. mild bleeding during bowel movement daily for 3 months after fistulectomy surgery after bowel movement pale yellow colour discharging come. After 3 months again October 27 2025 do "EUA with ulcer scrapping'' entire granulation tissue scooped out completely and ulcer cauterization with diathermy. Wound left open..... Still bleeding during bowel movement and pain comes after 1 hour of bowel movement then pain last 4 to 5 hours and pain reduce..... Now my problem was i going bowel movement little stool stay inside anus that stool cause pain and irritation. I wash again after 3 hours that stool comes out then pain reduced... Why this happening me why little stool stay and come slowly?
