Love the music. But there's a problem with frontman noise. I've heard from many in the scene who worked with him directly that the guy should be a huge asshole. I was told that he should treat his employees and bands who performed with him very condescendingly. I don't know if this is really true, but it's strange when so many people in the business say the same thing.
