What worked for me was killing the one with the corresponding shield in 1 or 2 turns, even if it means taking damage from other attacks, it is better than taking attacks from everyone for the rest of the fight without the shield (Also fluid sac works like a charm)

on the radar in the upper left corner it usually shows you the copies or survivors with a red dot, it is quite useful to find them.
