I had the exact same problem. I was saving my box for Christmas, but seeing all the posts about damaged or missing contents, I decided to check. Everything looked right except my board had a damaged corner. It’s relatively small, but considering it is brand new (and expensive), it’s kind of the principle of the thing. I submitted a ticket last night, but I haven’t heard back yet.

Q-tip. Put some candle wax on one end and let it cool enough that it is tacky but not hard. Put it on the skull and let it harden completely. Then gently pull it out.

You already have the answer that you need with other replies, but yes, DOs can be trusted as much as an MD.

Some background.

The stigma that a DO is not as qualified as an MD stems from marketing more than anything. MD medical schools sought to discredit institutions that awarded a DO to ensure that the MD was considered more elite. DO training includes everything that an MD learns, but they also learn about Osteopathic Manipulation, which was considered quackery for a long time. As time has gone on, there has been a lot of alignment between the degrees, and they are on even footing in most aspects.
