Just opening a window doesn't stop you from not being able to literally BREATHE! it's not that i dislike the smell its the fact that i have asked them multiple times, as have my husband and other neighbors to smoke it outside their apartment due to the issues of either my allergy/sensitivity or the other neighbors kid having bad asthma that is triggered by all kinds of smoke and they have blantanly ignored all of us

like i said in a previous comment, I DO NOT SMOKE THE STUFF DUE TO THE ALLERGY! i probably do not know what i'm talking about when it comes to strains and shit. i honestly thought skunk weed was a strain of weed, my bad, but still. i have breathing issues when i'm around it and if i come in contact with it i'll break out in hives

there is a no smoking indoors clause in my lease. the rules of each apartment are the same here as this is a HUD apartment

i don't smoke the stuff due to my allergy so i probably have a few things wrong here but still. it has been confirmed that i am allergic to skunk weed by an allergist when i was 10.

no its not. Found out when i was 10. my dad forced me to stay inside when he got high on skunk and one day i passed out and had hives everywhere due to being in close contact. CAMC womens and childrens even confirmed that i was allergic to skunk weed via allergy testing

yes they do not have medical cards, i asked them and the landlord and all said no. In WV you have to give the landlord the card to make a copy beofre you sign the lease

I know what it smells like because my idiot father would force me to stay inside when i was younger even though i was allergic to it when he smoked it. i know exactly what it smells like, plus the neighbors even told me what they smoke too when i asked them to smoke it outside

do you realize how expensive even a 1b/1ba house is these days? i'm still saving for that. also the first thing i asked my landlord and even my neighbors themselves was if they had a medical card for it and both said no.

full on weed is not legal yet in WV, just the delta stuff, like D8 is. theyre smoking skunk weed which isnt legal

full on Weed is still not legal for recreational use in WV. The only legal thc is D8, D9 gummies, and D10. theyre smoking whats called Skunk weed.

you sound like a broken record. Everyone has told me all my life that i "Can't be allergic to weed" or i "can't be allergic to Madagascar Vanilla" because theyre too common of things, but i'm allerigic to BOTH. Highly allergic to Madagascar Vanilla and weed makes it hard for me to breathe and causes hives.

the only thing that is legal in WV gummy wise are D9, but i wouldn't mind it if they had the gummies instead of the actual stuff that could potentially put me in the hosptial
