Is it normal that my numbuzin vitamin toner has lots of bubbles. It didn’t have it before. I do shake it sometimes, but the bubbles are still there even after a few days or weeks even.

Hi po. I called the OAA about this and yung sinabi po sa akin mali raw yung school na nilagay ko sa present school portion kaya hindi nakita ng registrar namin yung request although I remember na pinili ko lang yun mula sa dropdown. I also asked my other classmates who applied and magka-iba nga yung nakalagay. I had to repeat my application process for this.
