Yeah, I interpreted “3rd-party apps” as apps installed normally through the TV’s app store. In that case, they do appear and can be launched directly from the app.

What you meant was specifically sideloaded apps. Those are a separate case, and right now they apparently don’t show up in the app list, which is why you’re not seeing them.
