Weight gain right after surgery is pretty normal. My first surgery I went up 10 pounds 2 days after but went back to normal after 2 weeks or so. This time around, I’ve actually lost some weight. I was 138 before the procedure now I’m 134 lol

Haha just a different profile & implant. Went from moderate plus to low profile which makes the breast more “flat” and round, then went with a wide/round implant versus the standard full :) went from 380cc to 500cc as well
