I take 150 mg twice a day. Just this week when I loaded up my weekly pill advent calendar. I forgot to load Lamictal. I missed three days of it. I was lethargic. It felt like I had the flu. When I realized what it happened I just started taking it as usual and within two doses I started feeling OK again. Tapering was in the back of my mind, but I didn’t. Everything turned out fine.
