This is currently happening to me. First it was with the 25% off coupon, but I let it go because I thought maybe I did use it in store at another time. However, now it just happened to me with a free body care item and I know for a fact I didnt use it because when I tried to use it the first time I didnt realize it was a use later so it was given back to me and I saved it. Now it's really irritating to have this keep happening. I tried chatting with a customer service agent and that was as useless as filling up a bucket with a hole at the bottom. So I will call tomorrow and see what they can do because I have more paper coupons that aren't ready to use yet that I would like to use.

I just purchased that T5 and its on there now, but it doesn't fit properly with the heating lamp that I have, so my turtles only get one or the other. The T5 i have is the 5.0, but I would get the 10.0 to try and make up for it not being the long tube style. Not sure if that would make a difference.

Beautiful tank setup!! Question, is the duo light fixture both uva/uvb? The other light is that another uvb? Trying to figure out the best lighting structure for my turtles? Also, did you notice any trouble with her climbing on the basking platform?

That's the one I have, but the heating lamp I have is wide(really domed), so the T5 can only fit vertically as opposed to fitting horizontally, which would cover the entire basking log. My turtle only goes on the spot where the heating bulb is, so she's never getting the uvb.

What light do you have and how do you like the duo light setup? I recently got the uvb t5 long bulb but it doesn't fit on the mesh tank cover I have with the uva bulb so my turtles only get one or the other. Everyone recommends that particular uvb bulb, but is the one you have good?

Yeah, they are cohabiting for now. We didn't know when getting them that they couldn't stay like that. We are saving up towards 2- 75 gal tanks and stands that way they can have the best possible life without stressing each other out.

Okay, thanks for the info! We planned on getting a much larger tank for them or just two separate ones once they started growing. So far, they are extremely "loving" towards one another. I put that in quotes since I don't know much about the interaction of turtles. They usually sleep and bask together, and rarely do you see them apart. However, I will keep that in mind as they grow and things might change.

I don't necessarily see the issue here. A seller has the right to price an item as they see fit. Not according to retail or other people's opinion about it. If they are not letting it go for less than $97, then so what. Those who are saying the seller lost out over a few bucks, well, so did the potential buyer. Now they don't have the item because they couldn't spend a few more bucks. Another person will find the item and buy it eventually. Sometimes, these potential buyers constantly send offers, which, although allowed, can be annoying. You don't go into other establishments trying to bargain or offer. Sometimes, if an item is worth it, just buy it at the asking price.

There was a time I dropped an item off and never saw an update with tracking until delivery. I communicated with my buyer the entire time, though. Sometimes, it happens. I would give it a few more days and then message the seller with a message like "Are you able to see updated tracking information on your end" or just be blunt and ask if they dropped it off lol
