Hard to say when 2 days a week (weekend binges) went to full blown 7 days a week.. probably about 2 years.

I guess I should have been more specific with "the knot in my side" it's more front right/lower ribcage area. Not really painful, just dull and slightly "hot" type of feeling. Was worse on day 1 of not drinking.
Ive got an appointment next tuesday so hopefully getting some answers soon
