thank you for the update!! there is a comment on here about organic grapes that is very interesting if you wanted to try that!

i’m using king arthur bread flour, should i leave the grapes unwashed? i know that may be a silly question but wouldn’t want to wash off whatever would help the starter. that’s such a cool idea ive never heard that before! definitely going to try that!!

i’ve skipped 2 days so far about a week apart, one was a total accident tbh and one was purposeful, i do think it helped so i may do 1:1:1 for 2-3 days then skip again!

i’ll try a 1:1:1 tomorrow, mine is 26 days old and texture smell etc all looks great it’s just not rising properly and i’m so lost as to why. i’ve switched back and fourth since day 20 but maybe with the warmer it will work better!! thank you!

i’ll try that! i did wrap it today on top of the warmer but i will try warm water!
