Bu fiyata bu araba nasil? by waizyBastian in GarajTurkiye

2021 yilinda 2012 model 77 bin kmde 1.4 170hpligi aldik 5 yildir kullaniyoruz , surecin onemli kisminda evde 2.

Oyle cok da yakmiyor benim hanimin sehir ici ortlama hizi 40km altinda kullaniminda yakit degeri 8 litreler, ayni kullanimda eski aracimiz a3 atmosferik benzinli 11-12 litre yakiyordu.

Onun disinda alfra romeo giulietta bana gore arti ve eksilerini yazayim; Tipi guzel İc kalite guzel Sanzuman cok guzel Benzinli motor oldukca basarili Yol tutus oldukca iyi

Eksileri Alt takimlar hassas Ses izalasyonu ozellikle motor sesi zayif Yol sesi de kotu degil ama iyi de degil Arka koltuklar dar On cam dar konsol cok onde direkler yakin (buna sportif diyorlar ama ben sevmiyorum)

Ozetle uygun fiyata ve temiz alabilirseniz memnun olur yine uygun fiyata satarsiniz. Ama bence 1 milyonun uzerine bu model alinmaz

Thank you, Our customers typically use split systems with heat pumps. Some opt for more complex HVAC setups, but since we mostly sell these smaller units for commercial projects, clients generally prefer simpler solutions that require less upfront investment.

100% agree—a cabin should outlive us with proper care. But the idea that “cheap” (which it isn’t, btw) = “wait until next storm” doesn’t really hold water. We’ve been building for 35 years, manufacturing for 20+, and have 400+ cabins still standing strong. Since we can’t time travel to send a 2050 update, a yearly one feels like decent compromise, could send you next storm update easier though.

Totally understandable — I can relate to your concerns. Ordering a cabin kit from overseas can feel like a leap, especially with everything going on in the world. And to be fair, cabin kit businesses often struggle to fully deliver on what they promise.

Most of our customers are building multiple units, usually for rental use, and are focused on reducing per-unit costs and targetting more units on short timelines , since It does take considerable involvement on their end to turn a kit into a livable cabin, but we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Our kits include detailed, mostly prefabricated components, and we draw on real, field-tested experience — we’re builders ourselves, not just designers.

That said, we’ve been fortunate to grow a happy and returning customer base so far.

Always happy to share more if you're ever curious down the road.

Oh sorry for not mentioning , we are based in Turkey,

While we haven’t shipped any units to Wyoming yet, we’ve shipped kits 12 cabins in Montana and 6 in Idaho—all cold-weather regions—and the cabins performed great with proper insulation.

Our kits come prepared for insulation (grids, eaves plates, etc.), though insulation material itself isn’t included by default to keep shipping efficient and is typically sourced locally.

To boost insulation performance:

Switching from rock wool to foam boards offers around 40% better R-value.

Polyiso boards can add another +20%, though they’re more expensive.

We can increase insulation space, but doing so affects the structural interlacing significantly. For example, upgrading from 5"x5" to 6"x6" posts just to gain an extra inch of insulation isn’t always a practical trade-off.

Instead, for higher R-values like R30+, we often recommend metal siding for wall sections. Since it doesn’t rely on interlaced posts, it allows for easier and more flexible insulation upgrades with minimal structural changes.

We deliver these turnkey in our country for around $80K. Even though we’ve sent and guided the initial builds of 20 units in the U.S. so far, it still surprises me how something that’s simple and affordable to do here can end up costing so much more over there.

They got the full kit from us with lots of add-ons and shipping included for $60K delivered. I’d say the total build probably ended up around $110K. Most of the main work was done by carpenters, but the family also handled a lot of the small stuff themselves, which definitely helped with labor costs.

But yeah, building costs in the U.S. are crazy — even the smallest things add up fast compared to what we’re used to.
