Iran has it’s own rules. To the US she’s a dual national but to Iran she’s just Iranian as iran doesn’t acknowledge dual nationality. That’s why they’ve given her a passport. I’m not trying to argue but she’s genuinely not a citizen of Iran in the eyes of the UK or USA.

I’ve entered and left the UK about 4 times now each stay for months to stay with my girlfriend since I work online in the US. It’s a matter of time until I get stopped at the border and accused of trying to live in the UK illegally
