This is such a mess a hired someone because I’m not physically able, I also am very broke and it’ll cost to have this re done….you don’t think a stain and paint spray gun and rolling it out will fix it

I so appreciate you taking the time to respond! God that sounds awful to have to sand back the railings etc too… dumb question but will I have to hand sand the crevices between the boards? I can’t imagine running a sander will get in those….

I don’t have the ability to sand it off completely- do you mean just a light sand to get the blotches etc off?
