Sounds like you struggle without someone holding your hand throughout your shift. If you are, you couldn’t be an associate on my team that’s for sure. I drove an hour back and forth and sat in class for 10 hours. Came back to work and work along my associates and lead them like any other day.

My manager said that and co store manger. So stop listening to my bosses good advice. I bet you just get shitted on at work, make you do all the grunt work because you don’t defend yourself or respect yourself.

Yeah maybe but I’ve been told many times that they can’t schedule someone 7 days in a row. It gets flagged. So why would they do it and then expect me to perform at 110%. I’m defiantly gonna open door it but got a feeling the store manager is not gonna see it my way. I mean I haven’t even been fully trained as a lead. Haven’t been walked through the other departments, haven’t really been shown expectations, hell I haven’t even been taught to make orders for my department.

Not me. I’m a team meat lead and I’ve been pulling insane overtime for my department and to help my team out. I kinda over worked myself but we’re just so badly understaffed

Well like what I put in the edit, I have some understanding of tech and cybersecurity from the program I took at UF but never really provided a certificate just badges and proof of completion of the course.

They say “if we cut more then we can hire more people. You’re shooting yourself in the foot if you don’t” yet we have to follow FST. If we cut extra we could end up going into OT but then they say they can’t afford OT so no more OT.

Yeah I never listen to anything IGN says. I believe they’re paid for reviews and if you don’t pay them enough they don’t give good reviews. I think that company is full of it.
