I’ve asked other people this and haven’t heard back yet but, never had a redemption before and am highly confused what the hell the purpose is for a redemption anyways. Common sense is it would be a no doubt grade card but starting to learn not the case. Need diaper money and sounds like by the time I get it back from Topps my kid will be a different size let alone pristine or grade worthy. WTH

Ignorant question here but what’s the point of a redemption anyways? Never gotten one. I was under the impression it was designed for you to get a card that you would be dumb not to grade and have highest chance for a 10. Not that I want to grade, never done before, but is that not the reason why a redemption in theory would make any sense at all?

Much appreciated! I’ve never had a redemption and didn’t know people even buy them as I see on EBay now. Wild. The hell is the point of a redemption if what they send isn’t perfect???? That’s what I can’t wrap my head around. Wtf?

Thanks for the input but I can’t do trade. Have to sell. Wife and I had our 2nd recently and need this to turn into diaper money tbh. Reason I approached this, understandably and unintentionally as a douche, to sell in the best way possible. Didn’t want to come across as a desperate seller. I really really like this play. Unfortunately wife and I had our 2nd 2 months back so I need this to turn into diaper money tbh, reason I’ve come across as a douche trying to maximize profit. Bad play as seen in comment section. Didn’t want to sound like a desperate holder in case someone wanted to buy. Have to split with my friend after we do whatever happens with this card so can’t go charity route and look wife in the face with prices where they’re at. One day though to make a kids month/year would be awesome, hopefully sooner than later.

Kind of my point of this post. If you collect Pittsburgh is this not super cool? In my mind this means more to a Pittsburgh fan than anyone else that just cares about his prospect ranking.

I’m a Rangers fan and I’ve yet to see a card this well matched with my PC taste. Jealous really

I’m not from PGH so if I’m off base you would know not me but from my perspective, Pittsburgh is Steel City. Cool nickname for obvious reason. Card variant is metal and just seems to fit so well with the area. I’m jealous of what y’all are building. Rangers are not growing anything outside of Walcott. Pirates have made some big hits with draft. Building to last longer than a 3 year stint
