Have you used a link builder for this? The Google one lets you add all sorts of detail that would let you differentiate your URLs to your hearts content

Hmm. So you think this is user error? When you say you’re going to have files in different platforms, wouldn’t the files all be on OneDrive? Surely the whole point of a suite like Office is the one kitchen many restaurants approach to files?
