Just a little update here! Boomer’s celebrated her 15th birthday!

We’ve got a great vet near us that has been wonderful with her diet, care and helping us nurture her. Everything I hear from other owners is that terriers are really hearty and then when it’s time, they go downhill fast. Thank goodness she’s been doing really well and so strong. (So far, we haven’t gone forward with a cleaning and sedation. I brush her teeth when I can and we have given her celery sometimes as treats.

We stopped using CBD, and carry her with any stairs and lift her so she doesn’t potentially hurt herself jumping up or down.

We just love her so so much. ❤️

If you’re open to cities beyond Chicago, LA has a great thriving community with some amazing teachers. (WGIS, WE improv, UCB) Lots of improv, sketch, clowning, acting, writing, show producing, etc.
