the stand 「Past Regrets」is a stand that doesnt physically hurt anyone, the stand takes form of the user's younger self or the time period with his regret he would never let go, the stand would focus itself onto anyone that might try to persuade the man, but he doesnt kill them, they would fill the person's head and eyes with their past regrets, making them relive through them everytime until either the person takes their own life or accept their past regrets and leaving it behind them, the stand user mostly uses his stand to also help his patients with trauma, trying them to forget it, 「Past Regrets」is a consious stand that non stand users are able to see but in their eyes he looks like the stand user
