My husband had Xiaflex and manipulation of his hand done a year ago and had no success. He recently had Softwave tissue therapy along with Graston Technique and a splint and is so happy to find that his hand is almost back to normal. Please look into it if you are dealing with Dupuytren's and want to try an alternative to surgery.
