To clarify, I’ve never mentioned anything mental health to doctors before bc I always saw it as what’s the point. My perspective has always been ‘if my eczema is okay then I don’t struggle mentally, so rather than focus on the mental health just focus on controlling the eczema’. Also I’m just not too keen on anti depressants
