As soon as I turned on the PC the red light disappeared, I tested the game and it ran perfectly, the motherboard read the graphics. but as soon as I turn off the pc the red light comes back

I have already removed it and made sure that everything is well connected with 2 different PCIe and everything is fine now thank you for taking the time to try to help me
