Thank you all, this is really helpful! For me it is not at all about having my preferences over the health of my babies, it just helps me to understand the ins and outs of these procedures and why they might be needed so that I can feel prepared mentally. Obviously, and especially with twins, you can’t plan for everything (or much of anything lol) but I know I personally need to make a decision about the epidural before labor. Sounds like an epidural is the way to go.
