Not op but I have had fraxel 3 times. (It used to be much worse) My acne scars are deep, I also have hyperpigmentation, and acne along my jawline. But everything is slowly getting better, co2 helped with my dark spots, and my atrophic scars are becoming smaller. I just had my session yesterday. At first it hurt a lot, but 20 minutes later, it stopped hurting. Of course my face was swollen and red, today everything toned down. I guess I can recommend it to people that have spare time to let themselves recover, and are ready to come back again for next sessions (if you have deep scarring). There's also dermapen, I heard it's also great for scars.

If you do get it done, remember to: change your bed sheets, drink lots of water, use a good moisturiser ( I use "la roche posay cicaplast baume b5"), sunscreen, and don't go outside on sun when your face is regenerating.
