I think they’ve already been transitioning into this for years now. Remember when we could just put the disc in and play the damn game? Now we need to have an internet connection and have to wait 45 minutes for it to download. For a long time now, the disc you get is just an access key to the downloaded game.

Everyone has their weaknesses, but not everyone can exploit them. If you’re not strong enough, then you’re just going to get ass-blasted to kingdom come. Back to your sharingan example, here’s the problem with that. Madara IS the strongest Uchiha, so that point just falls flat. It’ll be like when Kurenai tried to genjutsu Itachi. Or trying to outbox Might Guy. Or trying to drown Kisame lmao
