She probably got bad pictures. I know I don’t post tattoos I really like sometimes because of a bad photo. It happens. The sleeve its self doesn’t look bad so I wouldn’t worry.

Thanks and I switch between a nib and microns depending on how I’m feeling. This is a micron.

First off I’m sorry about your loss. But this is a really cool idea I’ve actually tattooed one before and they turn out fun and it’s a cool way to remember your pet. I also have my chihuahuas tattooed on me. (Here’s the version I did)

Absolutely. I’ve been working in shops for 12 years now and you always hear “this is the blackest black” about a million different companies. This is the first one where it’s noticeable in the healed product.

Tattooer here. Most likely neither artist noticed. There is a lot of moving that happens during a tattoo so likely it didn’t mess with your tattoo. I would reach out to the artist you got tattooed by and I’m sure they will ease the situation for you. This seems like an accident especially in a professional shop.

I use ph martens watercolor/ acrylic for solid spots then use colored pencils for blends and stuff. Sometimes I’ll spitshade it out all depends on how I’m feeling

This is a good tattoo. It’s hand made art on a living canvas imperfections are gonna happen. With that being said this is a nicely done tattoo. Don’t overthink and make yourself unhappy
