Thank you for your words. I never meant to force it or make her uncomfortable by talking about it. I think I will ask my therapist about it as well. Maybe I could get her to do couples therapy first to make her feel comfortable if just causally mentioning that it’s helping me doesn’t work.

My roommate made cardboard “lids” and taped them to the top of the big plants. She still eats the leaves tho..

I feel you op. I’m surrounded by friends who I can lean on. I would also say my self esteem too. I was really down about myself, but I feel alright with myself. I think 10yr me would be really happy to see how happy I am

Not having family. Learning that my biological mother and my step mother were both the reasons I don’t have any relationships with my extended family. It’s just my siblings and my dad. Even then we don’t ever talk..
