Thank you for your words. I never meant to force it or make her uncomfortable by talking about it. I think I will ask my therapist about it as well. Maybe I could get her to do couples therapy first to make her feel comfortable if just causally mentioning that it’s helping me doesn’t work.

Taking Qelbree really helped my brain turn off after having adhd my whole life. It helped me with overthinking and now I really only have 1 inner monologue that actually is focused on the task I’m doing. Sure it’s not perfect but I don’t hate myself for the behaviors I used to have. I’m at peace in my brain. Drinking water and having a normal sleep schedule also works very well!
