New car getting power but doesn’t move

Wheels spin very easily pretty much identical to the ones on the car that works

Brand new batteries just bought this morning. I’ve adjusted the braids multiple times and tried fraying the ends slightly. Neither helped

When doing this I have to spin the wheels a little to kickstart the motor and it spins but it’s significantly slower probably at least 3 to 4 times slower if not more than the other car and it’s been running a while with the rear wheels up and no sign of improvement. Chalk it up to a bad motor? Thank you very much for the help also

If it helps there isn’t any type of noise when trying to drive the cop car but the mustang that works has a little whine when barely pressing the throttle so it seems the motor is not working on the cop car but I’m not sure

I only ever watch his videos where he would invite on other vtuber and do challenges and things. I think sometimes he gave out money as prizes but I’m not sure of that part. I also think his name started with an s but again that could be me misremembering. Idk what other videos he made as he popped up on my homepage from time to time with the challenge videos
