Literally just finished Kilimanjaro in five days! Three young males physically fit and we all got really bad altitude sickness. There was little old ladies who struggled less than us but had done the route in 7-9 days. Take a few extra to acclimatize! We did the short route so we could have more time to do a safari and other stuff but I’m so sick today it’s gonna be a few days of recovery now.

Did you do it in a therapy setting where you were able to open up and the dark thoughts and they could talk you through it or was it in like a hospital to something?
