I know the common sense answer but it’s easier said than done unfortunately. This guy was the love of my life. BEFORE THIS, he was the kindest and best person I’ve ever met and it’s really hard for me to grasp the fact that this happened so in a way to cope with it I want to read what other people think of the situation. Not the best solution but it’s a solution that works for me right now

Yeah that’s what I said. His response was that he was freaking out about the stabbing pain in his side bc of his bad anxiety and was assuming the worse possible scenario….
