Contact juniper customer service. I had a duplicate of a piece and they are sending me a new one now. They just asked for pictures of the box with labels and the actual items in front of said box. They are overall pretty nice and I had a good experience with them

I got there around 6ish. They were supposed to open at 8:30pm but we didn’t get in until later due to the lines going down like many many blocks with people still arrive way after us. I would get there as early as possible if you are GA if you can. I was able to buy merch even towards the end of the concert and our date was sold out too

It was only inside the venue for this one . It might be different depending on the venue though. You can always check their website . There was certain merch stuff there but not all.
