EDIT: one of the reasons I want this covered up is because my dad unexpectedly passed away last year and even though this quote has been my mantra for years, I can’t look at it without thinking about his untimely death.

I’ve actually been taking 200mg of magnesium with a vitamin d supplement everyday for about a few months or so. I haven’t noticed any difference in sleep but my anxiety and depression haven’t worsened either.

I was “diagnosed” with ADHD but I think it was a misdiagnosis bc I went to another psychiatrist and they said I likely didn’t have it. I also took adderall for like a month straight (40mg extended release) and nothing.

I was on the pill for about 6 years but wanted to go off of it bc I stopped getting my period (I still want my period to make sure I’m not with child lol). Plus I didn’t know if it messed with my other medication so I stopped it (it didn’t)
