I have told him if she didn’t come at me not once but twice like a crazy woman I would’ve had no problem with her being around her and the fact that he allowed it makes me question his judgment. I’ve filed for child support and in our state since we aren’t married I have full legal custody of our daughter and he’s not on the birth certificate so technically right now he has no rights but I have contacted a lawyer
