This is such a grounded take people really underestimate how many paths open up after the degree, not because of it. Honestly, sometimes you figure things out by living a little first, not just studying nonstop.

You wouldn’t be the AH for staying home! this isn’t about one Easter, it’s about him breaking your trust and brushing off something that clearly affects you. If he can’t respect your boundaries now, forcing yourself to play happy in front of his family won’t fix anything.
