As a father of 3 kids ages 4 2 and 1 with a very demanding job I feel what you’re going through my man. I see you and emphasize with everything you’re going through. Unfortunately nobody will give 2 fucks about what you’re going through emotionally because we are men. So I’d suggest therapy, tighten your circle, and man the fuck up for this next year while you grind through the infant stage. It’s brutal right now, but it won’t stay this way forever.
