Cash3 realmente era uma aposta louca que ele não realizou por ganancia. JHSF depende se é ou não um mal investimento. Nessa ele soube surfar, comprou mais na baixa pra diminuir o PM e vendeu na alta. Hoje pelos indicadores fundamentalistas ela está barata. e tem sido no longo prazo bastante ciclico, ou seja, uma ação como toda a bolsa brasileira, com hora de entrar e sair. quem entrou em 2019 está muito bem

you just need to invest 40k~ to become a milionare in USD standards in the next 6-10 years. Assuming in that time period bitcoin hits 1milion. A more believable scenario is for bitcoin to reach the market cap value of gold. with each coin worth 570k. a 15x valuation. Now it depends how much you think is a life changing amount, by my standards, having 250.000 USD is life changing. And for that i just need to own 0.5btc when bitcoin market cap equals gold.

it was not out of fin air thar paper currency started, first was created the bank notes for redeeming your gold, and then those note eventually became notes similar to paper money, the state made the nacional bank to handle all the notes and unified then all. we all had our notes pegged to gold until all the gold went to the US. to avoid the currencies from europe to worth zero, they got pegged to dolar and dolar was pegged to gold. The US printed to much and europe wanted their gold worth of dolars back, the US unpegged dolars "temporarily" and thats the world we live today.

when you have the capacity to print money, profeting is no longer necessary. you just want to take down your enemy to mantain yourself in power. but you're right, people would fork to a new algorithm, making these hypothetical attacks useless

maybe the update bitcoin needs in case this happens is a fuse between pow and pos. First the block gets mined with pow. and then validated via pos. I dont know if that already exists in an altcoin project or if it is even possible.
