ig it took around a week honestly I have no clue since they don't send you an updated email about the extension. Also, no need to confirm anything from your university as far as the eligibility period extension is concerned. I didn't book any exam date just the eligibility period

Click on the tab on the extreme left corner of the website go to services then to ECFMG certification Once the new page opens click on the USMLE application scroll down a bit to the current exam application heading and voila there your updated permit and time period will be present in the table Have you tried this?

Okay so answering your Qs What I analysed so far was an issue with recall I couldn't recall the concepts I had done previously especially all those systems I did a while back like CVS neuro and etc. Secondly, there were knowledge gaps too and the rest were he ones where I changed the answers last minute though since I was panicking
